Arsenal fans warn owner Stan Kroenke he will follow Arsene Wenger out with plane banner
Gunners beat Huddersfield 1-0 away but there was more excitement in the skies where flags were flown
ARSENAL fans who forced Arsene Wenger out of the club now want to oust owner Stan Kroenke according to a banner flown over Huddersfield on Sunday.
Plane-pulled messages demanding the Frenchman’s head were regular features of the ‘Wenger Out’ campaign that a section of Gunners fans drove.
And the club’s American owner is now the target of their wrath after another toxic message was displayed at their away clash on the final day of the season.
The banner read: “Kroenke, you're next.”
Arsenal’s 70-year-old owner – known as ‘Silent Stan’ for shunning interviews - was a big Wenger fan and wrestled with the idea of losing him.
Billionaire Uzbek-born Russian Alisher Usmanov owns 30 percent of the Gunners – compared to Kroenke’s 67 per cent – and he has promised mammoth investment if he gets to take over.

Usmanov has never been able to secure a seat on the board - or influence any decisions – and Arsenal fans who want to spend like Europe’s biggest clubs want him at the helm.
In October, Kroenke reportedly offered £525million for the 18,695 shares held by Usmanov’s Red and White Securities Limited.
But the Arsenal Supporters Trust begged the businessman not to hand over total control.
A policy statement, published on the AST website in 2016, read: "The AST continues to believe that Arsenal is too important to be owned by any one person.
"The best ownership model for Arsenal will always include supporters being represented and involved in the ownership structure as shareholders.
"We understand the reality that any stake in Arsenal is available to buy at any time should someone make an acceptable bid, but we will oppose any attempt to buy the club outright and take it into single ownership."
