Arsenal star Jack Wilshere celebrates birth of baby girl Siena 24 hours after missing Arsenal game
England ace joked wife Andriani 'unfortunately didn't like the name Arsena' in heartwarming selfies
JACK WILSHERE is celebrating the birth of baby daughter Siena - just 24 hours after missing Arsenal's clash against Leicester.
The England midfielder withdrew from Arsene Wenger's side for the 3-1 defeat to be with wife Andriani as she went into labour.
And Wilshere, 26, showed it was worth it after posting two heartwarming selfies with his lady and his third child - their first as a couple.
Wilshere wrote alongside the image: "Siena, my princess, you don't even know how loved you are.
"Thank you @andriani_wilshere for our beautiful baby girl, we are blessed.
"I can't wait for you to meet your brother and sister. Unfortunately the Mrs didn't like the name Arsena.
"Thank you for the nice messages."
Wilshere has two children from a previous relationship, son Archie and daughter Delilah Grace.
Prior to last night's Arsenal defeat, he wrote on Twitter: "Good luck to the boys tonight.
"Gutted I couldn't be there but I am at the hospital waiting for baby Wilsh to come... (not in hospital for me so no wheelchair jokes please)."
Reports today claimed Wilshere is on the brink of landing a new three-year deal at the Emirates.
He is out of contract at the end of the season and outgoing boss Arsene Wenger had previously told him he should leave the club.
