YouTube star has risen in fame over the last few years and will be on Channel 4 presenting a new TV show on Friday

ROBBIE LYLE has become one of Arsenal's most well known fans in recent years due to his successful YouTube Channel, ArsenalFan TV.

And the former surveyor is now set to host a new football television show on Channel 4.

Who is Robbie Lyle?

HE is the creator and presenter of ArsenalFan TV which he started in October 2012. 

In 2013, he won the Football Blogging Awards for Best Male Football Blog.

Formerly a BBC reggae radio host and surveyor, he quit his job to work on the YouTube channel full-time.

In November 2017, it was estimated that he earns around £400,000 a year from ArsenalFan TV but this net worth could be more due to his new Channel 4 show.

What is ArsenalFan TV?

ARSENALFAN TV is a YouTube channel and website set up for Arsenal fans. 

It included fan interviews, previews and reviews of Arsenal matches and Gunners' players such as Olivier Giroud, Ian Wright and Thierry Henry have all featured.

The channel has risen in fame due to the viral videos showing fans venting their frustrations about the club after defeats.

There are around 740,000 subscribers to the YouTube channel.

What is The Real Football Fan Show?

IN April 2018, Channel 4 launched a new late night football show, hosted by Robbie Lyle. 

The show is going to feature many of the regular contributors to the YouTube Channel and also include features from similar fan channels such as 100% Chelsea and United Stand.

There will be four half-hour shows with the last episode airing three days before the final Premier League weekend.

The first show was on Friday, April 20 at 00.05am.
