MANCHESTER CITY could make a sensational move for Kylian Mbappe in the summer, according to reports.
Paris Saint-Germain are understood to have seriously overvalued various sponsorship deals and are in real danger of failing to comply with Uefa's Financial Fair Play regulations.
At the end of the season, they are obligated to pay Monaco £167million for Mbappe, 19, who is currently on a season long-loan.
However, should they face FFP sanctions, PSG could be forced to sell the French teen sensation, and report City would be ready to swoop.
The Ligue 1 champions-elect shocked the world of football when they smashed the transfer record to sign Neymar from Barcelona for £198m last summer.
And they followed that deal up with the addition of Mbappe, who had also been a target for Real Madrid and City themselves.

Why will PSG fail FFP — and what will happen?
FFP limits are evaluated every three years, with this summer bringing the close of the latest period.
That meant that Paris Saint-Germain had a year to make up the losses on the £198million they spent on Neymar, before facing scrutiny by Uefa.
A recent report suggested they have overestimated the amount various sponsorship deals will generate, though the club have denied this.
In 2014, PSG were found guilty of breaching FFP rules, but a "settlement agreement" meant they only faced a fine, spending restrictions and a limit on squad registration.
However, on this occasion, it is likely Barcelona will challenge any initial sanction they deem too soft, as they are still seething over last summer's deal for Neymar.
That would see the case referred to the adjudicatory chamber, where the potential punishments could range from points deductions to being thrown out of the Champions League.
And, following Uefa president Aleksander Ceferin's recent declarations that they will come down hard on clubs found guilty of breaching FFP rules, there will be pressure on him to throw the proverbial book at PSG.
Barcelona were unhappy about PSG's pursuit of Neymar and have pushed for a thorough investigation of their financial dealings.
Recent reports have suggested they will fail to meet the requirements and, should that happen, they will likely face sanctions and that will mean they are forced to sell some of their prize assets.
City boss Pep Guardiola is a huge fan of Mbappe, who came to the attention of Europe's top clubs with his performance at the Etihad last season, and will be watching developments keenly.
The French teen is set to win back-to-back Ligue 1 titles with two different teams and PSG could win the trophy against his former club Monaco tonight.
