ENGLAND stars fooled around with Nerf rockets in a fun-filled training session on Monday morning.
The Three Lions stars are putting in the work ahead of Tuesday night's friendly with Italy at Wembley.
Having beaten Holland 1-0 in Amsterdam - thanks to a Jesse Lingard strike - Gareth Southgate will be hoping his England crop can keep the momentum going ahead of this summer's World Cup.
Bizarrely, the Three Lions boss handed his stars the keys to the toy box - as Raheem Sterling, Jamie Vardy and Co broke out the Nerf rockets.
The pair were spotted launching the foam gadgets around the training ground, along with Danny Welbeck, Eric Dier and Kieran Trippier.
Meanwhile, Dele Alli focused on strength, tackling the weighted balls along with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Lingard.
Adam Lallana was seen using a resistance band - with some help from Trippier - as he works his way back to full fitness, knowing his spot on the plane to Russia is in jeopardy.
Elsewhere, England's quartet of keepers - Joe Hart, Jack Butland, Nick Pope and Jordan Pickford - were seen enjoying a joke together during the session... as did Kyle Walker and John Stones.
