Tottenham would make £175m profit on Harry Kane if sold… more than Lionel Messi at Barcelona

TOTTENHAM would make a staggering £175million profit if they sold Harry Kane, according to footie boffins.

Spurs supremo Daniel Levy has always maintained his star striker is not for sale at any price.

But the  claims if he changed his mind, Tottenham would net more profit than if Barcelona sold Lionel Messi.

Like Kane, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner came through his club’s academy and technically did not cost a penny.

But the ‘ data suggests Kane is valued £2m higher because he is six years younger than the Argentine.

Dele Alli is ranked as the third highest potential profit in world football at £139m – meaning the North Londoners scoop two of the podium spots.

The figure comes from his £144m value – minus the £5m Spurs paid MK Dons.

And from the stats it is clear to see Levy is sitting on a gold mine with his homegrown talents.
