SAM ALLARDYCE could earn £6million if sacked by Everton — but his backroom staff will reportedly receive just three-months pay.
Big Sam is under pressure at Goodison Park with questions raised over his future despite only joining the club in November on a 18-month deal.
The former England boss has taken the Toffees to mid-table safety but the style of play has begun to anger fans.
And the claim that if Allardyce is given the axe he will walk away with £6m for just six months in the job.
But his assistant Craig Shakespeare, coaches Sammy Lee and Martyn Margetson and performance director Ryland Morgans will only receive small pay-offs if let go.
Allardyce had the understanding with the Toffees that he would employ his own staff after taking over following Ronald Koeman's sacking.

But that also came with the condition they would not have huge compensation clauses in their short-term contracts.
Owner Farhad Moshri is set to review the situation at the end of the season.
