Cristiano Ronaldo ices calf as Real Madrid get injury worry ahead of PSG clash

Portugal superstar could add to list of concerns ahead of Champions League showdown with Neymar out and Kylian Mbappe a doubt too

CRISTIANO RONALDO ices his calf after being substituted in the win over Getafe - giving boss Zinedine Zidane a fresh injury worry.

The Portugal superstar scored either side of half time after Gareth Bale's opener in the 3-1 win over El Geta.

Ronaldo made way for Marco Asensio in the 79th minute.

And after doing so he pointed out to club physios what appeared to be a problem area on his right calf.

He immediately received some ice and elevated his leg on the bench at the Bernabeu.

The strain looked just a minor concern for the five-time Ballon d'Or winner - whose double took him to 300 La Liga goals in record time.

Barcelona star and arch rival Lionel Messi is the only other player with 300 La Liga goals.

He accomplished the feat in 334 games while Ronaldo needed just 286.

Neymar is out after undergoing surgery on a broken metatarsal in his right foot.

The world's most expensive player flew back to Brazil for the operation and faces a race against time to be fit for the World Cup.

Mbappe was taken off at half-time with a suspected foot injury in the 3-0 win over Marseille earlier this week.

And he was left out of the side for yesterday's 2-0 win over Troyes.
