ROMA star Radja Nainggolan had his tooth knocked out after clashing with AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie during the 2-0 loss.
The 29-year-old was on the wrong end of an elbow from the Ivorian in the 13th minute of the match at the Stadio Olimpico, forcing a stoppage in play.
With both men jumping for the ball, the Belgian international came off second best, and required treatment from the club doctors as he laid sprawled on the ground.
Somehow, he managed to soldier on and continue on until the second half until he was replaced by in the 64th minute with Roma chasing the game.
Speaking of the incident, Giallorossi boss Eusebio Di Francesco revealed the Chelsea target was left feeling dizzy after the challenge.
He said post-match: "Nainggolan went off without a tooth and was feeling a little dizzy.
"I also had to introduce another forward and create more in attack."
The 48-year-old then sensationally claimed that the ex-Cagliari ace is struggling for form this campaign, with his side sitting fifth in the table.

He added: "Radja isn’t having his best season at Roma, but this team does need him and he’ll find the right path."
Nainggolan has featured 28 times for Roma this season, picking up two goals and five assists, but hasn't found the back of the net since November 18.
