AC MILAN will move for Pepe Reina if they lose Gianluigi Donnarumma in the summer, according to reports in Italy.
With Champions League football extremely unlikely next season, the Rossoneri are in danger of losing the Italy international, 19.
And report Milan would want Reina as their new No 1 as a replacement.
The Rossoneri splashed out around £200million in the summer as they began a rebuilding process following Chinese businessman Yonghong Li's purchase of the club.
However, the sale of the Serie A giants was shrouded in controversy, and recent reports suggest he has now been made bankrupt.
Milan are currently nine points off a Champions League place and, failure to qualify, would surely mean they have to sell one of their prize assets.

Given his age and value, Donnarumma would be the most likely candidate, as he would rake in a massive fee — and is a target for some of the world's biggest clubs.
Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are both in the market for a new stopper in the summer.

And Reina would be an ideal replacement for the Rossoneri. He could join on the back of a title-winning season, should leaders Napoli finish the campaign triumphantly.
He is also a Bundesliga and World Cup-winner and, more importantly, would be available on a free transfer as his contract at the San Paolo expires in the summer.
