CHELSEA face competition from Atletico Madrid and Sevilla for Thorgan Hazard, according to reports.
The 24-year-old brother of Eden Hazard has been impressive for Borussia Monchengladbach this term with eight goals and eight assists in 26 games.
His standout performances have alerted the Spanish pair to the Belgian international, who the Germans look resigned to losing this summer, report .
Hazard joined his brother Eden at Stamford Bridge in 2012 but failed to make a single appearance for the Blues and was shipped out on loan at Zulte Waregem and Monchengladbach.
The attacking midfielder joined the Bundesliga side on a permanent deal in 2015 for £6million.
Monchengladbach value Hazard at £28million and with Chelsea showing interest, the Germans will look to spark a summer bidding war for their star man, who admits his future is uncertain.
