Ryan Giggs’ Wales in talks to face Mexico in US friendly this summer
Javier Hernandez and Co. want Wales for final warm-up game before World Cup, where they face Germany, Sweden and South Korea
RYAN GIGGS' Wales are in talks to face Mexico in a friendly Stateside this summer.
The Dragons have been approached by the Mexican FA to be their final warm-up game prior to the World Cup.
No final agreement has been reached but a clash in America at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California on May 28 has been lined up.
Mexico, who have West Ham's Javier Hernandez in their ranks, face World Cup holders Germany in Russia.
Fellow European side Sweden plus South Korea are also in their group.
And the Central Americans view Wales - who just failed to qualify for the finals after making the play-offs - as a good test with the prospect of facing Gareth Bale.

Yet Bale's participation will be determined by Real Madrid's progress in the Champions League.
If Real, who face Paris Saint Germain in the last 16, reach the Kiev final on May 26 then Wales' talisman would be unavailable.

Mexico were on the shortlist of friendly options for Wales last November.
But they opted to play fellow World Cup finalists Panama.
The two nations last faced each other - also in USA - in May 2012 when Chris Coleman's side lost 2-0 at the MetLife Stadium on the outskirts of New York.
