CARDIFF could move into the automatic promotion spots on Friday if they beat Millwall on the road.

The Bluebirds would go on equal points with Derby, who are currently in second, and an impressive performance against Millwall, who are 14th, could see them move above on goal difference.

What is the team news?

TIM CAHILL will still be unavailable for Millwall for the Friday night clash.

The Australian forward re-joined the club during the January transfer window but manager Neil Harris has admitted it will be a few weeks before he is match ready.

The Lions have no new injury or suspension concerns.

Cardiff welcome back Joe Bennett following his suspension.

The 27-year-old defender was missing for the Bluebirds 4-1 win over Leeds last weekend after he received two yellow cards in their FA Cup game against Manchester City.

Aron Gunnarsson, Kadeem Harris, Lee Peltier, Matthew Connolly and Craig Bryson all remain unavailable due to injury.
