The house is surrounded by 40 acres and is perfect for sons Kai, eight, Klay, four and two-year-old Kit to run around.

But it will not be ready in time for the arrival of Wayne and Coleen's baby, who is due anytime now.

The plush pad will reportedly have six bedrooms, a luxury underground pool and gym complex, a hi-tech cinema room, a garage that parks six cars, stables enough for 14 horses and even a football pitch.

And the three-storey mansion will also include an orangery, snooker room and wine cellar.
