RIYAD MAHREZ has been offered help from the PFA over his bitter row with Leicester.

Boss Claude Puel says he will “reassess Riyad when he clears his head” as failing to move left him “very depressed”.
Mahrez missed yesterday’s draw against Swansea — the FOURTH time he has skipped either a match or training.
Puel admitted: “I’m disappointed about it all.”
The players’ union are now ready to step in.
A Professional Footballers’ Association source confirmed: “We have offered our help.”
The PFA intervening shows how serious the matter is.

They mediate between clubs and players during disputes and are poised to help this week if the situation rumbles on.
The Etihad outfit made a late bid for the Algerian, 26, and Mahrez handed in a transfer request but Leicester did not accept the offer.

And Puel added: “Mahrez is not my pre-occupation at the moment. I’m thinking about the game.
“I had to make sure the players had a positive attitude.”
Puel, whose side gifted Swansea a goal after a Jamie Vardy opener, said: “The result is frustrating. We have to correct this because we have conceded a lot of goals from set-pieces.”
