WIGAN vs Manchester City is the stand-out tie in the fifth round, throwing up a repeat of the 2013 final.
Roberto Martinez's men won 1-0 with a last-gasp Ben Watson winner to beat Roberto Mancini's side in one of the competition's great shocks.
The FA Cup has not been short of shocks so far with two of the traditional "big six" already eliminated.
While Tottenham are still not guaranteed a place in the next round.
They will face Millwall or Rochdale if they overcome League Two Newport in their fourth round replay.
Coventry, the lowest-ranked side guaranteed to be in the fifth round, will face Premier League side Brighton.
Birmingham could welcome Manchester United to St Andrew's, if they can overcome Huddersfield in a replay.
There was just one all-Premier League tie, with Southampton welcoming West Brom.
Elsewhere, Championship play-off hopefuls Sheffield United travel to Leicester, while Sheffield Wednesday will face either Notts County or Swansea.
