Arsenal star Hector Bellerin brilliantly slams Piers Morgan and USA President Donald Trump with epic Twitter post
The Good Morning Britain presenter tried to persuade his close friend to become the new Gunners manager, a move that angered the Spanish defender
HECTOR BELLERIN has shut down Piers Morgan and Donald Trump in epic fashion with a brilliant Twitter post.
The Arsenal right-back let his feelings be known after the Good Morning Britain presenter claimed he asked the USA President to become the new Gunners manager.
In an interview that will be shown on ITV on Sunday at 10pm, Morgan revealed that he urged Trump to succeed Arsene Wenger, and help the Londoners "build a strong defensive wall."
The 52-year-old even presented the American billionaire with an Arsenal shirt with the number 45 - Trump is the 45th US President - on the back.
Taking to Twitter, Morgan said: "WORLD EXCLUSIVE.
"The moment I invite President Trump to be Arsenal's new manager - because he'd build a strong defensive wall, have an attacking philosophy & want to win big trophies at all costs."
But the thought of being coached by one of the most controversial world figures was too much for the Spanish international to bare.
He quote tweeted Morgan's initial post, and said: "Hope he said no," to which the Arsenal fan retweeted.
ROUD TO GO Arsene Wenger insists Olivier Giroud stays unless Arsenal sign Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang
Morgan has long campaigned for Wenger to be replaced at the Emirates, and with the Gunners languishing outside the top four, and out of the FA Cup, his opinion hasn't changed.
Arsenal do find themselves in the Carabao Cup final after beating Chelsea in the last four, where they will face Manchester City on February 25.
And while they lost Alexis Sanchez to rivals Manchester United, they have managed to bring in Henrikh Mkhitaryan, and are keen on nabbing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
The North London have the weekend off following their 4-2 defeat against Nottingham Forest in the FA Cup third round.
President Trump and Morgan have been friends since the presenter won The Celebrity Apprentince in 2008.
