Jose Mourinho confirms Alexis Sanchez will join Man Utd from Arsenal.. as Chilean trains with Wenger

Red Devils boss also revealed Henrikh Mkhitaryan would not play against Burnley ahead of move in other direction

JOSE MOURINHO has confirmed Manchester United are close to completing a deal for Alexis Sanchez - as the Chilean striker continued to train with Arsenal.

Reports of the potential move — with Henrikh Mkhitaryan heading in the other direction — have been rife over the past week.

The Red Devils boss has now admitted a deal is imminent, with Mkhitaryan not being included for tomorrow's game against Burnley.

Speaking ahead of United's trip to Turf Moor, he said: “I think clearly everybody knows that we are there and especially when the Arsenal manager speaks so clearly like he did.

“There is no point in trying to hide or deny.

“In this moment Mkhitaryan is our player, Sanchez an Arsenal player and with a match tomorrow I want to switch off and focus on the most important thing, which is the match.
