West Ham boss David Moyes spotted at Chelsea-Norwich but was he scouting Michy Batshuayi?

Hammers have been linked with the Belgian striker as the Blues eye Andy Carroll

DAVID MOYES watched Michy Batshuayi score against Norwich as West Ham are linked with the Belgian forward.

The Hammers could lose Andy Carroll to the Blues as Antonio Conte seeks an alternative back-up to Alvaro Morata.

And that could open the door for Moyes to land Batshuayi, although Borussia Dortmund are also monitoring the situation.

Batshuayi had a poor first half after being handed a rare start in the FA Cup replay.

But he improved after the break to score before Norwich forced extra-time with a last-gasp equaliser.

Morata was sent off for a second yellow card after moaning at the referee for booking him for diving.

And Conte must now decide if Eden Hazard should occupy a central role against Brighton on Saturday or give Batshuayi another shot.

The Chelsea boss is clearly not a fan of the Belgium international, who looks set to leave in January one way or another.
