What is the Florida Cup?

Eight clubs from six different countries will go head-to-head in the fourth edition of the Florida Cup.

The annual tournament, which will be played in the United states, will consist of eight matches.

How does it work?

The event will be played under two different formats.

One with points awarded to the participating clubs and clubs' countries and the other will be a single-match knockout tournament.

Teams will join other teams from their own nation or surrounding nations to form a group.

The overall points total of that group will come from each individual club's results and the nation with the most points will win the cup.

Each club will play two games and the team with with the most points will win the competition.
