BOLTON are demanding £4million for kid keeper Jake Turner — to the surprise of Everton and Manchester United.
Trotters boss Phil Parkinson has yet to start Turner, 18, but the England youth cap is wanted by both the Toffees and Reds Devils to develop for the future.
However, financially-strapped Bolton’s huge demands have put off both of his Premier League suitors.
Turner has been sent on loan to Northern League Premier Stalybridge Celtic and has yet to push Ben Alnwick out of Bolton’s relegation-threatened side.
Meanwhile Wanderers are demanding interested parties pay £25m to buy the club.
But that price is putting off potential buyers.
The Trotters, meanwhile, are out of this season's FA Cup at the third round stage.
Parkinson's side fell to a 2-1 defeat to Premier League new boys Huddersfield.
