Chelsea news: Antonio Conte has decided to turn to Yoga in bid to calm him down on the touchline

It's unlikely we will be seeing the passionate Italian on the touchline cross-legged in a state of trance, however

ANTONIO CONTE’s new year resolution is to become a karma person by turning to Yoga.

Chelsea’s animated Italian boss is often left in physical pain from the strain of his wild antics in the technical area during a game.

So he is turning to ancient relaxation techniques like Yoga and Chelsea have even employed a specialist chill-out coach to help him de-stress.

Conte said: “There is a person and I’m grateful to my club to have this type of person here.

"We do stretching and also at the end of the session a bit of relaxing, 10 minutes. This is good.

“I like and am very interested in yoga, I like to read books about these topics.”

Conte said: “When you finish a game in this way you are a bit exhausted, but at the same time happy if you have won.

"As I get older I will start to become more calm and try to sit down for maybe five minutes.

";I’d like to start to sit down during a game.”
