ANTONIO CONTE’s new year resolution is to become a karma person by turning to Yoga.
Chelsea’s animated Italian boss is often left in physical pain from the strain of his wild antics in the technical area during a game.
So he is turning to ancient relaxation techniques like Yoga and Chelsea have even employed a specialist chill-out coach to help him de-stress.
Conte said: “There is a person and I’m grateful to my club to have this type of person here.
"We do stretching and also at the end of the session a bit of relaxing, 10 minutes. This is good.
“I like and am very interested in yoga, I like to read books about these topics.”
Chelsea players have used giant inflatable Yoga balls during traning under Conte in the past.
Conte regularly dives into the crowd when Chelsea score a goal.

Conte said: “When you finish a game in this way you are a bit exhausted, but at the same time happy if you have won.
