JAVIER PASTORE is in talks over a move to Inter Milan after telling his Paris Saint-Germain team-mates he will leave in January, according to reports in France.
The former Palermo midfielder has not played as much as he would have liked this season following the arrival of some big-name team-mates.
And insist he has decided he needs more minutes if he is to have any chance of making Argentina's World Cup squad.
However, they may be one sticking point as Inter would like a loan with the obligation to buy — similar to the deal PSG struck with Monaco when they signed Kylian Mbappe.
But the Ligue 1 giants will demand money up front as they look to comply with Uefa's Financial Fair Play rules following an intense summer of spending.
Should Pastore, 28, leave in January, it will symbolise the end of an era as the arrival of the Argentine was the first real signal of PSG's intentions to become an elite force.
