SWANSEA'S American owners include US Office star Mindy Kaling and a Hollywood director, BBC Wales have revealed.
TV beauty Mindy Kaling joined the consortium, as well as filmmaker Los Angeles Rams co-owner Chip Rosenbloom.
The names of those involved were not revealed at the time of the takeover.
But the have seen documents showing how much each investor contributed in the sale, which valued the club at £110million.
Kaling held 1 per cent of the consortium's controlling stake, Rosenbloom had 6.3 per cent and ex-Everton player Landon Donovan had 0.4 per cent.
Steve Kaplan and Jason Levien are the largest shareholders after putting in almost 30 per cent between them.
Swansea City Supporters Trust kept a 21.1 per cent stake, with chairman Huw Jenkins retaining his five per cent.
The Swans have endured a nightmare season so far and are facing relegation.
