Dembele, 30, is said to have got archaeologists to check the 700-year-old building before starting a refit.
And it has been reported they found a trove of priceless 18th-century porcelain, glass, pottery and tableware stashed in the cellar.
However, a source close to the star has denied the story that has been widely reported in his homeland.
