The fiercest derby in Italian football takes place in Rome on Saturday as both sides continue their assault on top-three

ROMA and Lazio is considered the fiercest derby in Italy - and the pair face-off once again at the Stadio Olimpico this Saturday.

With the best defensive record in Serie A, Roma come into this on the back of four straight league wins, including a 4-2 romp over Fiorentina last time out.

But their cross-city rivals are fairing even better this term, starting the game a point better off after a run of nine wins in eleven games.

In all competitions Lazio have won nine on the spin, with their last defeat coming to league leaders Napoli back in September.

What is the team news?

FELIPE ANDERSON is undergoing fitness tests throughout the week in a bid to be fit for the derby - as he searches for his first appearance of the season.
