Manchester United defender Matteo Darmian wanted by Juventus, Napoli and Roma after falling out of Jose Mourinho’s plans
Italy international could be set to leave the Premier League for a Serie A return with Juventus leading the race
MANCHESTER UNITED star Matteo Darmian is reportedly being chased by THREE Italian clubs.
Gazzetta dello Sport via claims the versatile full-back is wanted by Juventus, Napoli and Roma.
Darmian has failed to establish himself as a first-team regular at Old Trafford after joining during Louis van Gaal’s reign.
The Italy international occasionally gets an outing on either side of the defence and appears to be out of Jose Mourinho’s immediate plans.
This has led to interest from back home, with Darmian once a key man for Serie A side Torino.
Serie A champions Juventus are known to be in the market for a new right-back after losing Dani Alves last summer.
Arsenal ace Hector Bellerin is a target, albeit an unrealistic one, but Darmian would surely jump at the chance of a return to Turin.
Meanwhlie, Napoli need cover on either flank as they look to maintain their surprise title challenge.

Left-back Faouzi Ghoulam is out for the rest of the season after undergoing surgery, and Darmian is being touted as a like-for-like replacement in the starting XI.
Roma could also be set to tempt him with a return to Italy, with new sporting director Monchi said to have tried for Darmian in the last transfer window.
