Tottenham star Harry Kane will be fit for Arsenal clash later this month despite skipping England duty with knee injury
Mauricio Pochettino reveals striker will be available for the first north London derby of the season as he battles problem
TOTTENHAM star Harry Kane WILL be fit for the first north London derby of the season.
The striker will not feature for England in upcoming friendlies against Germany and Brazil after picking up a knee injury in last weekend’s 1-0 win over Crystal Palace.
But Mauricio Pochettino claims Kane will return against Arsenal on Saturday 18 November as Spurs look to close the gap on Premier League leaders Manchester City.
Speaking at the launch of his book ‘Brave New World’ at the club’s Enfield training ground today, Pochettino said: “Harry Kane is OK.
“You can see in the last game he received a kick to his knee, but he will be available for the next game.”
There’s further good news for Tottenham fans, with Dele Alli and Harry Winks expected to be fit for the Emirates clash.
Alli missed the win over Palace with a hamstring problem, with Winks suffering an ankle injury during the game itself.
The duo join Kane in skipping Three Lions duty, but one Spurs man who can’t wait to feature is left-back Danny Rose.

The defender is finally fit again after a lengthy knee which saw him out of action for NINE months.
But Rose has revealed that seeing a psychologist, while also remaining in close contact with England boss Gareth Southgate, helped him put his injury woes in the past.
