CRYSTAL PALACE will reportedly be entitled to a £2million payment from Everton if Sam Allardyce joins the crisis-hit club.
The former England boss quit Selhurst Park in May but has been linked with a move to Merseyside to replace the axed Ronald Koeman.
And the claim that part of Big Sam's severance package included compensation for the club if he takes a job before next July.
The report goes on to say the payment would be in the region of £2million but could reduce after January 1.
And the agreement is said to be similar to Tony Pulis', who left Palace in August 2014 and took over as West Brom boss on January 1 2015.
Toffees chiefs know Allardyce has a history of getting club's out of sticky situations and are in dire need of turning their season around.
Goodison owner Farhad Moshiri wants another foreign manager, preferably former Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti.
