Manchester Utd ace Paul Pogba needs hose to cool down after firing up fitness campaign with trip to boiling Miami
PAUL POGBA is almost firing on all cylinders again after fighting his way back to fitness for Manchester United with a trip to baking hot Miami.
The France midfielder has been out since Sept 12 with a hamstring injury he suffered in the 19th minute on Man United's Champions League clash with Basel.
But Pog looked fit as a fiddle after swapping the north of England for the sun of the USA and even needed a hose to cool down.
The United hero was put through his paces by two trainers who monitored every hop, skip and jump.
And the former Juventus man proved he had not piled on any pounds while on the sidelines by whipping off his top to reveal a ripped torso.
United could do with powerhouse back as soon as possible as they play six times in 17 days, across three different competitions.
“With long-term injuries, I don’t speak about them, so Ibra, Pogba, Rojo and these players, I don’t think about them."
But Pogba's midfield team-mate Nemanja Matic insists United will be fine without him.
Matic said: “We know that he will be out for some time. He’s very important for us, a great player, but I am sure he will be ready soon.
“Paul is very important for Manchester United but we also have great players to play instead of him.”
Shock footage of Pogba’s new girlfriend snorting a suspicious white powder might worry his bosses at Old Trafford.
Model Maria Zulay Salaues, 23, is seen in the video selfie raising a small spoon to her nostril before beaming at the camera.
She then waves a finger as she sings along to a Spanish song by Ivy Queen, repeating the words: “It isn’t easy.”
Last night a source described it as a “moment of stupidity” — and said the clip was the reason she moved to the US from her homeland of Bolivia.
