France team meet up wearing dodgy attire as Antoine Griezmann and Co prepare for World Cup qualifiers

Hugo Lloris, Olivier Giroud and Co look the part on the pitch but question marks are raised off it

THE French national team may look the part on the field but off it couldn't be anymore different.

Les Bleus' stars came together ahead of their World Cup qualifying double header against Bulgaria and Belarus.

And whilst Paris may be known for being one of the fashion capitals of the world, the memo obviously didn't get passed down to the players.

A host of their millionaire stars donned dodgy outfits ranging from a Bambi t-shirt to Blaise Matuidi's matching patterned tracksuit.

Atletico Madrid ace Antoine Griezmann stepped out of his taxi wearing a questionable Puma outfit whilst Kingsley Coman wore a oversized t-shirt with white trousers.

Barcelona's Samuel Umtiti bravely rocked up with the double denim look whilst his defensive partner Presnel Kimpembe was dressed in ripped jeans with a purple padded jacket.

France's Premier League stars have obviously learned a few things whilst being in England as they looked the most stylish out of the bunch.

Olivier Giroud pulled off a leather jacket after dressing in all black with Spurs captain Hugo Lloris smiling in a chequered shirt.

The French support will be demanding an improvement from their side after they booed the team off the pitch following a shock 0-0 draw at home to Luxembourg in their last outing.

Euro 2016's runners-up sit top of their group - one point ahead of Sweden - and know they will qualify for Russia if they win their next two matches.

One notable absence missing from the squad is Chelsea's Tiemoue Bakayoko.

And his club and international team-mate N'Golo Kante says it's a shame that he is not involved.

He told SFR Sport via : “[Against Man City] it was a slightly more difficult match. In big matches sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.

“But we will continue and it is encouraging for the future… [but] it is a shame that he [Bakayoko] has not been called up for France."
