PSG unveil Monaco star Kylian Mbappe as he officially joins on season-long loan from Ligue 1 champions
PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN have unveiled Monaco star Kylian Mbappe as he officially joins on season-long loan from Ligue 1 champions.
The French international, 18, will spend a season in Paris on loan before clinching his mega-money £166million move next summer.
Mbappe is back with his new club after returning from international duty with France... where he started the 0-0 draw against minnows Luxembourg.
Last week, it was revealed the temporary move will be made permanent on July 1 2018 to help the Paris side hurdle Financial Fair Play regulations.
The Qatar-backed club has already splashed out an outrageous £198m on Neymar this window and FFP regulations state you can only spend £27m more than you earn.
The French giants announced the teen star’s arrival just hours before Thursday’s transfer deadline window slammed shut.
The deal makes Mbappe the second-most expensive player of all-time behind his new Brazilian team-mate Neymar.
The future of the France international has been one of the longest running transfer sagas of the summer with a host of clubs linked with him.
