Sheffield moved on to the second round after knocking out Walsall in a 3-2 win last Wednesday and were rewarded with another home game.
However, they will be without striker Leon Clarke who received a red card on Sunday's clash against Barnsley for an altercation with Angus MacDonald.
In his place, Ched Evans is expected to start for the first time since his return to the club.
Also absent for the Blades will be defender Richard Stearman who is recovering from a hamstring injury.
