A COUPLE fulfilled the dream of football fans all around the world as they tied the knot at HALF-TIME of a match involving their favourite team.
Rodrigo and Glauce were officially wed in front of 10,000 people during the interval of the clash between their beloved America-RN and Ceilandia in the fourth tier.
The ceremony lasted just five minutes as the priest performed the service in the centre circle with just one other official guest — a local celebrity America-RN fan — who presented the rings.
And was cladded entirely in the club's colours of red.
Bride Glauce confirmed it was super America-RN fan Rodrigo’s dream.
She said: “It was all his idea.
“We were going to have a small civil service with a party at t e end of the year.
“But he then got this idea, which had been his dream, so I said yes.

“However, when I accepted his proposal, I believed it wouldn’t have been possible for the Arena das Dunas to allowed this.
“I accepted, but I never believed it would happen.”
The pair’s family and friends were all present for this unforgettable union.
And Rodrigo explained America-RN accepted his request — but forbade him to wear black, which is the colour of rivals, Ceilandia.
So he, too, wore the club's colours of red and white.
The Arena das Dunas is a 31,000-seater stadium in the Brazilian city of Natal and was where Luis Suarez famously bit Giorgio Chiellini during the 2014 World Cup.
