KEVIN DE BRUYNE has claimed Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is eyeing up 'a lot' more signings this summer.
The Belgian midfielder, 26, knows the manager is working hard to bolster his squad after a trophy-less 2016-17 campaign.
Guardiola has already spent big to bring in Ederson, Bernardo Silva and Kyle Walker, after losing full-backs Pablo Zabaleta, Bacary Sagna and Gael Clichy.
Elsewhere, Aleksandar Kolarov, Eliaqium Mangala and Jason Denayer are on the brink of a Man City departure.
De Bruyne said due to the massive defensive loss this summer, he personally expects a host more signings in the back-four, with Danilo and Benjamin Mendy already targeted.
The Belgium international said: “We know especially defensively we’ve lost a lot of players so probably a lot of people will come in too.
“I don’t know personally who we are going to get but hopefully there will be a few more yet.
“Since I’ve been here we’ve seen a lot of change.
