West Ham in race to sign Manchester City star Joe Hart but are refusing to pay loan fee which is holding up deal
The Hammers are unwilling to pay a loan fee and all of the England internationals wages, so the transfer is on hold until the two clubs can agree

But the England No 1 has no intention of turning the loan move into a permanent one.

Manchester City wanted £25million for him and will take a cut–price £10m at the end of the season when he still has 12 months on his Etihad contract.
But Hart, 30, wants to keep his options open — with the chances of a move to Manchester United or Liverpool still alive. He will assess his situation in a year.
The England international is currently earning around £130,000-a-week at the Etihad Stadium.
Slaven Bilic’s side are willing to pay 90% of his weekly wages, but the two clubs are yet to agree a loan fee – according to .
However, City are demanding a larger fee before they can complete the transfer.
Hart will be looking for regular first-team football ahead of the 2018 World Cup – which he should get with The Hammers following an unconvincing season from Claudio Bravo.

Meanwhile, City expect Benjamin Mendy, 22, to complete his £40m move from Monaco tomorrow.
Following his season-long spell spent with Torino last term, the England international is determined to return to the Premier League.
Hart struggled for England at the 2016 Euro’s, but he wants the chance to prove himself again so that he can be the first-choice keeper for international duty.
