Nottingham Forest bid £1million for Luton starlet and England Under-19 ace James Justin
England under-19 international can play in defence or midfield
NOTTINGHAM FOREST have made a £1million bid for Luton youngster James Justin.
Mark Warburton has made his move for the 19-year-old right-back after his impressive season in League Two.
Forest reckon the teenager will make the step up to the Championship immediately and compete for a first-team place.
Justin, who can also play in midfield, was a regular under Nathan Jones as the Hatters reached the play-offs.
His form led to an England Under-19 call-up and also put second-tier clubs on red alert over a step up from League Two.
Justin has two years left on his current deal at Kenilworth Road with an option of another year but Forest’s offer may be enough to land him.
He picked up an ankle injury at the end of last season but it was not as bad as first feared.
And he could link up with the Under-19s at their Spain training camp ahead of the new season.
