Romelu Lukaku completes Manchester United medical as he hurtles towards £75m Old Trafford transfer
Belgium international shared pictures of his scans - finishing with himself signing a young United fan's shirt
ROMELU LUKAKU has completed his Manchester United medical ahead of his £75million transfer.
The Red Devils yesterday announced they had agreed a fee with Everton for the Belgium international.
Lukaku, 24, today shared pictures on his Instagram account of his scans with United.
He captioned one snap: "Finito!" while he gave a thumbs up to the camera.
Lukaku can be seen signing a young United fan's shirt in his last photo.
Chelsea were believed to have matched United's bid as they were linked to resign the striker.
But the prospect of joining the "biggest club in the world" swayed Lukaku.
He was also keen to link up with Jose Mourinho again, and encouraged to join Old Trafford by close pal Paul Pogba.
He told : "This is an opportunity that I've always wanted since I was a child.
"When [Manchester United] came calling, I didn't have to think twice. So I'm really delighted to hopefully be part of their history."
