CHELSEA and Juventus are trailing Real Madrid right-back Danilo.
But the Premier League champions could face double frustration at the hands of Juve.
Chelsea already fear their top defensive target, left-back Alex Sandro, will sign a new deal with the Serie A winners.
And Juve are favourites to sign Brazilian Danilo, who has struggled to become a Real regular after joining from Porto in 2015.
Spanish outlet say Antonio Conte has joined the hunt for the 25-year-old ex-Porto defender.
Conte has also shown strong interest in centre-backs, including Southampton's Dutchman Virgil van Dijk and Italy star Leonardo Bonucci.
And yesterday we reported how Chelsea have all but sealed a £30million deal for Roma's Germany central defender Antonio Rudiger.
Conte also wants to boost his midfield and attack, with Everton striker Romelu Lukaku the most expensive target at £70m or more.
