MESUT OZIL and Alexis Sanchez will both be handed a 20 per cent pay rise by Arsenal as they desperately try and tie them down to a new deal.
The duo are both approaching the final 12 months of their contract at the Emirates, and the Gunners are hopeful they will both commit long-term this summer.
According to the , the pay hike will only be activated should the North London club finish in the top four in the forthcoming season, thus securing Champions League football.
Both Sanchez and Ozil reportedly rejected a previous contract extension from Arsene Wenger's side in the region of £250,000-a-week.
They are believed to be holding out for £300,000-a-week, a sum likely to be reached if Arsenal regain their place in Europe's premier competition.
