With a number of clubs interested in bringing in Iheanacho, Pep Guardiola now appears ready to cash in on his young star.

However, the Spaniard will insist on any potential buyer agreeing to a buy-back clause in the contract in order to bring him back should he live up to his incredible potential.

The fee inserted into Iheanacho's contract is expected to be around the £35m-mark, according to The Telegraph.

Slaven Bilic is keen to inject some youth and pace into his squad this summer, with Iheanacho seemingly a perfect fit.

A spate of risky signings - including Simone Zaza and Jonathan Calleri - failed to pay off, with Bilic keen to add a youngster with Premier League experience.

Crystal Palace and Everton are two other clubs who have expressed an interets in Iheanacho this summer.
