Everton to move in on Michael Keane after defender gives up on Manchester United
Goodison boss Ronald Koeman hopes to land Burnley centre-back and add Malaga striker Sandro Ramirez to his squad
EVERTON are looking to move in on Michael Keane now the central defender has given up hope of joining Manchester United.
The 24-year-old Burnley man no longer fancies a move to Old Trafford following the signing of Benfica centre-back Victor Lindelof.
The Toffees are now expected to step up their interest in Keane.
They also hope to land Sandro Ramirez, the Spanish striker who is available for a cut price £5.2million from Malaga because of a release clause in his contract.
It seems Keane will only leave Burnley for a club that will play him regularly, so Everton fit the bill.
Liverpool and Tottenham may also be interested in the player who has one year left on his Turf Moor contract and has rejected offers to stay on improved terms.
