Mass Magaluf brawl kicks off between England and Scotland fans during World Cup qualifier

ENGLAND and Scotland fans clashed in the streets of Magaluf following the dramatic World Cup qualifier at Hampden Park.

A chair was thrown as shocking violence erupted in the famous party destination in Spain after Harry Kane scored a stoppage time equaliser to make it 2-2.

Supporters can be seen knocking a 61-year-old Scotland fan to the ground and ganging up on him as they threw kicks and punches.

Fortunately the Scotland supporter escaped with no serious injuries but was left with marks and bruises after the violence.

This mass brawl comes after Scotland fans taunted England fans with a vile Jimmy Savile chant during the game.

The home fans sang: “Jimmy Savile, he’s one of your own.”

Prior to the clash between Scotland and the Three Lions, Scottish FA supremo Stewart Regan said Police had concerns about crowd trouble ahead of the match.

He said: “Three or four weeks ago, the police expressed a preference for the match to be moved. Then we explained that wasn’t possible.

“We discussed that with them and they then asked if the kick-off time could be moved — but we are going with 5pm Saturday.

“To shift the kick-off time in our opinion wouldn’t have made a material impact.

“The issue is the security plan, irrespective of the kick-off time. We made that point to the police.”
