LUCIANO SPALLETTI was finally confirmed as Inter Milan boss — and immediately announced Ivan Perisic could leave the San Siro.

And Spalletti — whose objective is to restore the Nerazzurri among Europe’s elite — insists players will have to convince him they deserve to stay.
