AC Milan in talks to sign Chelsea striker Diego Costa after Antonio Conte told him he could leave

AC MILAN have opened talks with Diego Costa's agent, according to reports.

The Spain striker enjoyed a brilliant season for Chelsea as his 20 goals fired Chelsea to the Premier League title.
