ENGLAND'S Under-21 players trained hard and played hard today ahead of the European Championships in Poland this month.
Aidy Boothroyd's young lions were put through their paces at a sunny St Geroge's Park today with a host of Premier League starlets on show.
But Radio 1 DJ Charlie Sloth visited the squad and did posed for some selfies, and oversaw Chelsea kid Nathaniel Chalobah spinning on the decks.
Southampton's Nathan Redmond, Leicester's Demarai Gray, Sunderland stopper Jordan Pickford and skipper James Ward-Prowse all looked in fine shape.
While Arsenal's FA Cup final-winning youngster Rob Holding marked Norwich City's Jacob Murphy in an attack vs defence game.
Ex-Watford boos Boothroyd takes his side to the Euros next week in Poland ahead of the tournament opener against Sweden on June 16.
Also in their group are Slovakia and the host nation Poland - and Boothroyd said: "To qualify six times is a great achievement, but, like all teams who go to a competition, you want to go as far as you can.

"Getting out the group, win the semi final and win the final, that's the aim.
"There'll be a few things which happen along the road between now and then that we'll have to deal with. We've got to make sure we're prepared for every eventuality."
England have failed to qualify from the group in the last three tournaments ever since they were runners up in 2009 - but go into the competition again as one of the favourites.
And they have to do without Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek, who has a back injury - as are Chelsea's Izzy Brown and Manchester City's Patrick Roberts.
