The victory against Chelsea ensured the Gunners finished the season on a high despite missing out on Champions League football for the first time under the 67-year-old.

A decision is expected imminently on the future of the former Monaco boss whose contract runs out this summer.

A minority of fans have regularly been campaigning for Wenger to leave the Emirates once the season is finished, but it is believed he will be staying on for yet another campaign in charge.
