The club announced on Friday night that they would not be renewing the Argentine club legend’s contract and he will join the Hammers on a free.
He will bid an emotional farewell to the Etihad in what will be his final home game for the club against West Brom.
Zabaleta has made 232 appearances for the club since moving to The Etihad from Espanyol in 2008.
He has won two Premier League titles an FA Cup and two EFL Cups and gone down in history as one of the most popular players to pull on a City shirt.
