Tottenham transfer news: Harry Maguire battle intensifies as Newcastle join race for Hull defender

TOTTENHAM must move quickly to beat Newcastle to land powerful Hull centre-half Harry Maguire.

Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is looking for an extra defender for the demands of next season and has told his spies to find a player ready to compete.
