MARCOS ALONSO has limped off during the warm up before Chelsea's clash with Man United at Old Trafford.
The Blues have been forced to replace the Spaniard with Kurt Zouma just minutes to go before kick-off against the Red Devils.
Alonso was not believed to have had any difficulties with injury before the match and the news will come as a setback to the league leaders.
Antonio Conte is already without goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, who didn't travel up to Manchester after suffering an ankle injury.
Asmir Begovic starts in the Belgian's place with goalkeeper Eduardo promoted to the bench.
